When Is Bread Not Really Bread?

At ‘Naturally Well By The Shore’, we do not serve the traditional ‘breads’ made from grains with gluten.

However, Marian has created an absolutely delicious bread made from quinoa, flax and chia seeds.

You swear you are eating real bread, but you don’t get the same negative effects of gluten. And, some of those ‘gluten free’ breads taste like cardboard.

Lightly toasted, with a little olive oil and garlic served with gluten-free pasta or our slightly warned raw zucchini pasta is absolutely heavenly!
